Arrow 13 year old Jazz Pianist in China

Hi All Jazz lovers,

For a genre of music that is so strongly engrained in the roots of modern music today; can the principals of Jazz, being both the free flow deep connection and the well respected 'ground rules' of Jazz music cross through cultures and generations and still remain in tact?

Whilst using wording like 'ground rules' and 'in tact' - we must also consider the fine balance of the roots of Jazz and also the evolution of Jazz music.

I recently found this young Jazz musician in China who is only 13 years old! I would be interested to hear your thoughts on his technique and also see the kind of support this young boy would receive.

If you go to Youku the chinese version of youtube and search for 'A Bu SLA Day 4' there should be a video titled day 4

Look forward to hearing more
