I'm searching for a special Funk Tune for years now, all i have are just few seconds from that Track on Youtube (a ripped sample from an old German Hip Hop Group) I really have no Idea which Artist it could be. Sounds like Herbie Hancock/Sly Stone to me, Clavinet reminds on Billy Preston...
