They of course aren't as intrusive, but when I've tried to keep up with all collected logs in various games, I've felt like they disrupted the flow of the game pretty badly. The only ones that are intrusive are audio logs of the kind that activate themselves when picked up. If the game lets you listen when you feel like it, that's a lot better. Either way, I can't name a game where I'd actually want to read/listen to all that material.
