High octane hardcore punk with some surf punk influence sprinkled in good for good measure cause why the **** not?
Kid dynamite, Pears and No Cash are examples of poppy hardcore. Tho, No Cash has crust inspired vocals.

Then there's skate punk in its entirety, which is melodic hardcore plus pop punk.
