Unfortunately I don't think so. People in general can be perfectly intelligent as it pertains to living their life, working their job, raising their family, and in general all those things that people have been doing for thousands of years to exist in their own little worlds. It's when they start applying that provincial knowledge and experience on a wider stage that humanity's stupidity becomes obvious and relevant. I'd be totally down to hear Chula's opinions on mortgages, I just don't think he knows what he's talking about beyond that.
