True, but that's exactly what frustrates me, if I wanted to be involved in a system where all that matters is working your way up the ladder, and senior members of a group are always shown preferential treatment no matter how despicable their behavior, and it has absolutely nothing to do w/ your attributes, then I would go out in society; not be sitting here on my computer
