On topic with the thread though... I find... well, in my situation with the people I know, guys are usually more of the romantics than when compared to women. Maybe I hang out with a different crowd, but it just seems as though that at this particular age (circa 18-22) girls/women, however you perceive them to be, are generally less adhered to commit to a relationship and instead prefer casual relationships. This is however just from my observances with the people I interact.
