She has that certain amount of posts needed (50). I think the avatar made be too big or an invalid file.

If its animated, you'll need to ask one of us mods to do it, otherwise just save it as another filetype or resize it, like Crowquill said.
Either that or just wait for a bit. For some reason, it doesnt normally want to work straight away.

We have FAQs and sh*t. Theres no point anymore, no one reads them. I'll leave this one open for now incase there actually is a problem with her account, but I doubt it.
