Are people allowed to post using more than one account on this forum? Isn't that a bit dodgy?

That could mean (for instance) - Right-Track and BungalowBill357 could be the same person.

mods can check IPs so for the most part they can tell if two accounts are the same person, and if not, then they usually end up giving themselves away by ****ing up somewhere down the line.

No. People are not allowed to post under two different accounts. And it's as easy as a scroll of the mouse to find out who's doing it.
