www.movieforums.com, check out the front page at the bottom. edit: It won't open for me today though. Most other forums have it though.
It would serve as an outlet for smalltalk, instead of a chat.

Its just where you make random 'shouts', its usually at the bottom of the forum. Theirs nothing particularly amazing about it, but it's a good thing to have on a forum, coz the people called say all the random sh!t they liked, and keep it out the forums.
