Have i been banned? im just wondering, it seems i have because i couldnt log on and i have made another account im sorry for spamming so much before and spamming if you dont know is posting posts that dont say anything important like yeah. oh. stuff like that and i know i have done that but im sorry please dont ban me again.. i promise not to post such stupid things..

When a forum bans you, it bans your IP address, not just your username.

^ actually it bans the username first, if the same person comes back under multiple usernames and spams a forum, then their IP adress will be banned.
