Member legend (members, quote)

They're on a lot of forums, basically dictate how to know if a member is a staff member, resident or new poster. mind you on other sites you get more options but stil might be an idea.

Also was anyone ever going to take that idea for an extra forum for members with a certain ammount of posts and move forward with it so to speak? i remember being told it was going to happen when that new admin came along. You know...the one that never does anything.
