Cool, thanks for derailing the entire forum. No thread I'm subscribed to has updated in the last hour, and only 15 threads total in the last 5 hours, other than this one because for some reason people are getting cranky about e-drama.

Boo does this REPEATEDLY. He hasn't good sense to avoid conflict; he only provokes it. It's been shown through ban after ban, through mods chewing their fingernails for over a year about what to do about Boo, through his constant immediate return to behavior that he's been told over and over and over again to stop engaging in, that HE IS NOT GOING TO STOP.

If anyone is disillusioned with the idea that the mods are on some sort of power trip, think again. I gave my opinion in the mod thread that Boo should be perma-banned and then I gave him a year ban without any sort of approval of any of the other mods, so if anyone has any issue with this decision they should take it up with me via PM.

You've come back and made a POINT of being the same person and absolutely refused to stop being the provocative stream of verbal diarrhoea you always were. So frankly the assumptions don't really go far enough. Don't get me wrong I have no love lost for Boob, but he's not malignant and malicious in the same way that you are.
the mods just have extra love for me, right? is that your point?

In that case he should have been perma-banned in the first place. What's the point of letting him come back for 8 hours and banning him for next to nothing?

That's all I have to say. I respect your guys' decision, I don't like it, but I respect it. End of story.

Yea, he should have been perma-banned in the first place. Which is probably what we're going to start doing from now on. No more of this "hoping people change" crap.
200 dollars says that soon, we're going to catch flak for being too harsh.

there is really no reason to ever ban anyone except spammers. if you can't handle someone calling you names on the internet, you need to grow up. call them names back. this is the internet, have some fun, act like a crazy person. everyone here takes themselves far too seriously. people who want to have music discussions will still have music discussions. the forum doesn't go to hell when you allow craziness to exist. it becomes much more entertaining.

Yeah, it's all in the best interest of the forum though.
