sheet music certainly is helpful and beneficial for music practice. You can get a good music software If you are a music fan then you’ll certainly understand the usefulness of those software and sheet music. They help accordingly for the betterment of music sheet for a person.

You mean does it improve music? Or improve your performance? Or improve how you perceive music?

Doesn't really matter which one you choose, cause they all get a big fat "No" from me.

learning to read and write is good since it allows you to have a clear view of whats going on musically, and its easier to share ideas with others. Its not necessary but its fun to do if you ever want to broaden your understanding of what you play and its easier to study music on paper.

If you play it in an instrument then why wouldn't you be able to write it?
