Now we got Satchmo as a mod... Wow. Not exactly the best decision in my mind. Yes he is experienced in music, but he is relatively new and there's a lot of other older members with the same amount of knowledge gregb should've considered.

I hope that anyone who is concerned about this issue will understand that first an foremost I'm here because I enjoy being here. I'm not about taking anything away from anyone. Gregb offered me the position of moderator and I accepted. Was I surprised? Yes, and for the same reasons that many of you were. I completely understand some people's reservations about his decision. If at any point in time gregb decides he made a poor decision in making me a moderator I openly invite him to revoke the position. Until then I'll take on the responsibility with my best discretion. Now can we all get over this and talk about some music?

Yeah man... No hard feelings. I can trust that you'll make good decisions as a Moderator from seeing your input to these boards and your maturity. I guess I acted on impulse to my first reactions of greg electing you as a Mod. Now that I look back on it I have a different understanding of the whole thing.
