Wow, that took up the whole title!

Well i would like to talk a little about progressive free-form experimental psychedelia. it is a music genre that i classify my band, Fnord, under. A lot of what we play is geared towards people who use recreational hallucinogens. We have 3 guitar players: acoustic guitarist, a psychedelic electric guitarist, and an experimental/jazz guitarist (me). We have one drummer and one person who plays what we call a Horgan (it has a similar sound to a melotron). Our vocalist harmonizes quite a bit, as our soungs have a lot of meaning which we don't want to be lost. we rely heavily on conversational playing and improvisation. Instead of gigs we mostly invite people to our practice sessions and make a party out of it, although we hope to be gigging in the near future (we havn't been playing too long).
