Is it just me or have Michael Giles and Bill Bruford been making music before Bonham became famous? I'm making the point that there are many, many drummers who are technically superior than Bonham, and saying no one can touch him is ridiculous.

We are talking about the two best drummers in history here, but I'd have to say that Keith Moon has the upper hand over Bonham.
Just take a look at the intensity in Keith's drumming (as well as the performance in full) in this video: YouTube - the who - my generation You wouldn't see that kinda stuff at Led Zep's concerts. |
