Early Beatles is really good, but as time progressed it turned into very formula-matic music. Zepplin owns in every sense of the song. Kashmir (sp) is one of the most famous songs around

Riseagainst. I think if anything, the early Beatle's music was formulated, being every song was overly estatic about being in love, all in a major key, in 4/4. Later Beatles branched out into many different topics, keys, and time signatures. Personally, I prefer the late Beatles, however I think they are much better than Led Zepplin. It's almost hard to compare being as they didn't really play the same type of music. Zepplin played only metal...or whatever you want to call it...and the Beatles played popish styles in the beginning and more "real", if you will, music towards the end. Just don't take this as trying to take away anything from Zepplin, because I'm not. They are plenty good, just not as good as the Beatles. :-)

Personally I Listen To Led Zeppelin More. I Prefer Their Style Of Music. The Beatles And Led Zep Were Totally Different Styles. It's Like Comparing Pacarotti And AC/DC (Maybe Not That Extremt Though)

two different genres or music in my opinon.

both were totally awesome, but they were in different realms. Both bands are hugely thoughtful in their lyrics, just non-comparable styles.

I agree with dismembermentplan they were both revolutionary just in different types of music and at different times both bands had great qualities its just they came at different times in music I also think that grouping them both in the genre of "classic Rock" is too broad

Led Zeppelin are pretty good.

but I think of the Beatles as a more influential band. They both rock though
