Do enyone know which instrument they use in ''One Day'' by Hans Zimmer? the song is used in pirates of the caribnean and i just love the sound of the music:usehead::confused::confused::confused:

Which part are you talking about specifically? The solo at ~1:40? That is a French Horn. Otherwise tell me which one!

I like Hans Zimmer...even if he can get quite a bit repetitive with all the orchestra effects he does...

from 2.11 min in the song too 2.35 (?) min in the song. and from 2.40 min too the end. i think it's different instruments in these 2 parts, but i don't sure! it's the last part from 2.40 min that it's most important...

Did you know that hands zipper has written a piece with a synth once? That fact alone is genius. He's constantly pushing the boundaries of what music can be and providing very subtle soundtracks that don't intrude on the movie dialogue and narratives. He's a genius and he is the leading avant garde composer of our times.
