I need an objective opinon. I did some reading on how he came to be and the inspiration behind his sound. I also heard Cake (one of my favorite bands) cover "Excuse Me (I think I've got a heartache)" and it was pretty damned awesome. I heard he was lumped in with the Nashville sound when he did "Hee Haw" but in fact couldn't have been more against it in his early career. 21 hits can't be wrong, is there something I can check out before I judge him?
