12 police shot, 5 deceased, 7 wounded, and some have already been released from the hospital. The briefing on the news told the story of a single gunman, who had been contacted by a negotiator, and then blown up by an explosive that was sent in via robot after negotiations broke down.

During negotiations with him apparently one of the things he was angry about was BLM.

I was getting ready for work when they reported what the gunman had said he was angry about, so I didn't get all of that part of it, but here's the news briefing I saw in the video on this page:
