Indian Techno...? (dance, genre, artists, band)

Hi,

For those of you who have heard of the band called Rednex, they do a type of whacky genre of techno music with indians chanting in the background. I am not a music genre expert, so I call it techno just because that's what it sounds like to me. I apologize for any inaccuracies.

I like "Rednex - Spirit of the Hawk". It is an excellent example of the kind of music I'm looking for. My first question is, what genre of music is this? Where can I find more (possibly by different artists)? I like up-beat techno-like music that has Choctaw/Indian themes mixed in (like chanting, etc).

Any guidance is greatly appreciated. I'm a music noob, so I need all the help I can get
