M83 is my favorite band. If music is about expressing emotion, M83 is the best band in the world. Whenever I listen to them it's like I leave my body. It sounds cheesy but it's true.
Saturdays = Youth isn't Gonzalez's best, but it is still a great album. "Skin of the Night" is a spectacular song. As far as albums are concerned, I still hold that Before the Dawn is their best. I like nearly every song on the album, even if some are short and kind of shallow. All their albums are great, though. "Slowly" (off the self-titled) has always been my favorite M83 song.
