I broke my arm by being sh*t in goal. Still hurts now sometimes. I have a lot of nightmares which I am now finding quite funny. Like I wait up and start trying to fight a crow off me, or I wake up with my pillow stuffed into my mouth. You can look back on it and laugh, but it's not funny at the time. And madeinNY, I reckon you suffer from insomnia because of your internet addiction. When I spend a lot of tim on the internet in a day then I can NEVER get to sleep, so spending all your time on there will surely be worse. Just try not going on the internet in a while and I'm sure it will slowly go.

im anemic and i broke my arm in a motorbike accident 2 years ago.

Basically, anemia is when the body has trouble replacing iron. so i usually get light headed, depressed or really lathargic. Sometimes i can sleep for up to 17hours. its fairly common and easily looked after. just need to keep up the iron pills, and red meats.
