Its somebody who contorts their body, twists it into all different positions. For example, they might be able to put both legs behind their head to touch their ass with their feet.

Its not impossible, the midget just has to be able to (as you said) bend unnaturally. An unnaturally small and bendy woman. Just what the Junkie ordered.
