Have you actually listened to Jimmy Eat World...besides the radio singles (which they only have like...2)

ok let me change what i was saying just a little bit.. its not that they sound the same as every band cause they don't they have there oh sound, but to me they just fit right in there on the radio and on tv like every other band that i've heard and they're just as annoying making them sound the same in my ears as every other band.. but if you think i should take a closer listen and if you want to point out some great songs by them then tell me and i'll go out of my own way to have a listen.

sunny day and jimmy eat world have completely different sounds. and i'm not even going to get into why any idiot can tell the difference.

HAHAHAHAH! Wow, you say Sunny Day and Jimmy Eat World sound completely different? Do you have ears? Same style of music, same time period, the music is similar in every way. The only difference musically is the lead singers. I am going to go ahead and guess that the only song you have ever heard by Jimmy Eat World is The Middle. What station are you listening to that is bombarding you with Jimmy Eat World?

i've heard a fair bit of jimmy eat worlds stuff..

sunny day real estate's style with sound and writing in completely different then jimmy eat worlds.
