An interesting puzzle game

This has to be one of the hardest games I have ever seen. Basically you use the clues on the screen to get to the next level. In most cases to get to the next level you need to change the URL using those clues. It`s hard I`m up to level 5 at the moment.

Do you see where the arrow is pointing? Do you know where you want to go? Most importantly, did you read the rules?
I'm stuck on level 6 I know the answer to the clue but I dont have clue what to do with it.
