I just don't get how a punk dvd could end with Limp Bizkit.
Also I don't like how almost no punk docs touch much on hardcore, emo, or crust.

The doc was actually pointing out that bands like Limp bizkit ARE NOT punk and Henry Rollins was lamenting that a lot of that scene has descending into crowd pleasing breakdown style songs.

Hardcore, Emo and crust are to varying degrees sub genres of Punk, and that is why they are rarely mentioned. You could not give these genres the respect they merit without having a doc that would triple in length!
