going to agree with that and add my own too..........

umm well because I am still a minor I don't think this is really a subject I should touch but, I've been in more dangerous waters then this soo(sorry if that doesn't make sense) I personally think that we should be...BUT!!! to some extent.... you know like.....ummm..... almost like you work your way to completely nude like....(omg... I can't believe I am explaining this) first you have to wear pants and then so on so forth you know...but I don't think it would work over soo well because there would probably be people f_cking at work and on the streets and so on so forth..... but I think that girls should be able to not wear there shirts... okay I should restate that I think girls should be able to walk around with just a bra on....... there better.......... I will add more to this later I want to see how well this sinks in first....

After that, wait for a few years so you have a chance of growing out of being an idiot, then post again.
