Ill take music... I can go without sex for long periods of time and be totally content. Music on the other hand I cannot go 30 minutes it seems.

I think this has already been done, but I need to say my bit.

1- If you're good, you can make it last as long as you need to. If not, you can always move on.

Music, definitely. I think listening to a lot of music tends to convince one that sex isn't really all it's cracked up to be. What did John Lydon say? "Sex is two minutes of squeely noises," or something like that.
