APC aren't overated, they get bugger all radio play, most people hate their last album, and many don't even know who they are until 3 libras is played. Tool, well as much as I love them, I will agree. But except for the fans that place Tool above God, many give them the right amount of credit and no more. Tool deserve a lot of praise but some do over place them in things which is a shame because it's ignorant, and thats one of the things Tool hate I do believe. The rest of your list is

^Yeah, but im biased as I don't particularly like U2. One could say Nirvana are overated because they get so much credit for such a limited time in the spotlight, that wouldn't be a foul judgement.
Joshua Tree wasn't that sh_t hot however.
