Try this...

Go to user cp, click on 'Edit Options' scroll down to 'default thread subscription mode'
then choose 'no e-mail notification' scroll down page and 'save changes'.

i just need to get this out to " <<<>>> " your user name thing creeps me out because since there are no letters or words or anything it dosnt seem like you are a person........... so im usally afraid to go in any threads you make.......... but i think i overcame my fear.......
