I can't believe how this threads turned out. Both sides of the pond have produced and are still producing top quality music and always will be! (However, some good points have been made).
The calibre of these two nations, when it comes to making popular music, is indisputable. The history of music stands as testament. Brits v. Yanks??? What about the rest of the world? What's their contribution? Take Croatia for example.

Right-Track name a totally Croatian band. Scandanavia (Spelling?) has some good bands besides metal bands.
