I was about to create this thread, but mine was going to be about what you play your CDs on so I suppose it's different somehow... anyways mine is bog standard Media Player but it annoys me because whenever I click on a link the song jumps. So failing Media Player, I use my good old DVD player.

So I just stick with Winamp.

The new Winamp is compatible with iPods. Oh and I use winamp because iTunes drains too much from my cpu and winamp is smaller and i can organize my music how i want it.

Really? Lately it's been giving me all these "click to get the latest version of Winamp"

But I don't because i'm tired of updating stuff every week. I'll give it another week or so and wait for the next version. iTunes is a prick of a program, you can't even highlight a group of songs. It's eather the whole lot, one or none.

iTunes is awful. That program is half the reason I detest iPods.

In any case, I use Windows Media Player just because I like the AMG album information, even though it does get screwy sometimes. Before I got XP I used Winamp because Windows Media Player 9 doesn't let you rip to mp3, and I'll die before I rip all my music to wma. Winamp is pretty good, as long as you don't want to rip cd's.
