They are an opening act at soma san diego later this month, didn't know if you were maybe in the band or something. They are opening for Protest the Hero.

I know that, I mean as in their music video being played every hour as if they were Britney Spears or something. A commercial that only ran for about a month and I only saw their music video played once. But MTV doesn't play music anymore so...

My favorite (disbanded) underrated band is Tad, a heavy grunge band which should have been huge, imho. There's also the Melvins, though they get more recognition than Tad.

One might consider the entire sludge/doom/stoner metal genres underrated.

Yes, I'm so glad someone mentioned Tad in here. That is a great call. Tad we're always regarded as one of the heaviest bands to come out of Seattle during the grunge movement in the early 90's. I own both 8-Way Santa and Inhaler, both great album's. They are exactly what you'd expect, but with a twist. Heavy grunge at it finest, one of the best and most underrated bands to ever come out of Seattle.

Playing Brittney Spears would be a toxin for MTV (see if you can find the pun). They played that commercial for a month, possibly, I wasn't timing it, but it was on every commercial break, I guarantee you. That's the only reason I knew the song Seeing Sounds is because they played the hell out of that commercial. I saw the MV a few times. And they've been playing Kid Cudi's Day n Nite a lot, and also Da Game Been Good to Me by UGK, but I'm sure you hate them.

Fell on Black Days is an awesome song. As is Spoonman. There certainly better than Darkest Hour.
