Hyper Crush-The Arcade

Its kind of crappy so far, its way worse then I was expecting. Just weak, weinery white guy rap and lame hooks. Maybe it'll grow on me but the only good song on it is "Candy Store" and that would still be way better without the rapping.

Bark Psychosis - Hex
I was very curious to hear this album, apparently one of the first post-rock albums. I'm liking the gorgeous melancholic and experimental soundscapes a lot and the album seems to have a bit of a late-night feel to it which I love. A very nice discovery.

A Whisper In The Noise - Through The Ides Of March
This weeks Indie & Alternative Album Club featured album. I've already listened to it once and I enjoyed it. I'll write more about it in the I&AAC thread when I listen to it a couple more times.

Coven—Witchcraft Destroys Minds & Reaps Souls
Satanic psychedelic music from the 60s. I've only listened to snippets so far but it seems interesting at least.

Kyle Hall/Dow Jones Split

This is not a split between a techno artist and a modern day soul/house/funk musician, it's a split between two kids playing acoustic guitars. I like that a lot better.

Wow, I haven't listened to this in a long time. I remember I used to like it, not sure if I still can enjoy it the way I did. I guess it's time to revisit it.

Suede - Coming Up

^ Took me long enough to get this one, seeing as it's got my favourite Suede song on it and all.

My Disco - Paradise

^ One of the coolest things I've heard in a while. It's quite the bizarre freak of an album...in a good way, of course.

Hoodoo Gurus - Blow Your Cool

^ You can't not love 'em really.

Coming Up is cool, though my fave is Head Music but I've yet to hear Dog Man Star.

That's the only Hoodoo Gurus I own, yeah, it's great.
