The spoken poetry of Nicole Blackman with backdrop of Electronica from band mainstay Anton Fier makes an intoxicating combination. Dankstra, Bob and Janszoon would dig this a lot. It is also compellingly sexual to listen to.

My girlfriend bought me A Thousand Suns by Linkin Park. I have to say, it's pretty great. Minutes To Midnight is still my favorite by them, but this is the second best, I think.

Return of 4eva by Big K.R.I.T. Best hip hop album I've heard in a while, it's free legally, I'd recommend it to anybody here.

I was done with the Strokes for a while, but I've been very impressed with what I've heard of the new album. I think I'm going to check it out as well.

I just picked up Elliott Smith - From A Basement on the Hill.

I love that its his sixth and final album and the controversy that surrounds it but in terms of quality i'd say that there is something incredibly tragic about it.
