I'm a sucker for this band and I don't really know why. They're nothing groundbreaking, but they've put out consistently good albums that somehow manage to be nostalgic while also feeling new. I'm definitely not feeling this one as much as Sink or Swim or The '59 Sound, but there's definitely enough good on here to warrant a purchase. Basically if you're looking for an album to remind you of better days while delivering it in a way that doesn't feel artificial, you might want to give this one a try. If you're completely unfamiliar with the band then you definitely want to start with Sink or Swim and The '59 Sound.
Yea they're pretty big here in Australia. I heard a few songs but couldn't get into it. It does sound like they would be potentially good though, so it's worth a revisit.

The last album i bought was Black and Blue by The Rolling Stones and it's an enjoyable little gem. Songs like "Hot Stuff" "Memory Motel" and "Hand of Fate" may not be the Stones' most memorable pieces but are truly a funky joy to listen to!

7/10
