That looks interesting. Even though I never took the time to get into Wu-Tang, maybe I'd like that. But I find the use of the terms "indie culture" and "dubstep" together confusing.

I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.

My first venture into the world of Electronica:

^So Deadmau5's Random Album Title <<< (I don't think this "R.A.T" is a coincidence, not "Random" title at all, more of a really well made antonym)

Anyway,
I really got into it in some parts, it felt like being in a movie when the hero gets drunk and ****ed up on drugs in a nightclub. Having this sort of hazy sight and hypnotizing slow motion movement. But in other places, which is the reason why I tend to dislike Electronica usually, there's this simple beat that keeps playing for more than 10 minutes, not adding any feel or atmosphere to the whole.

As Deadmau5 was more of a Progressive House artist, many tracks had the innovative criteria that made me like them. I guess I can call it a winning album.

Cheers to Kayleigh for the avatar that forced me to get the album, and finally understand what the **** Deadmou5 is all about (... and the pics seemed creepy enough, another strong point)

If you want another album suggestion just ask. Tech, epic, progressive, hardstyle, electro, etc.

I've been gallivanting through the Electronica section picking up some names as I go. If I hit a wall or get blocked somewhere, I'll be asking thx for offering.

Edit: So many metaphors in this reply, what's happening to me!?

yeah, just when we thought there could never be a more ambiguous term than emo, indie becomes this catchall term for god knows what anymore.

When I get a minute I'll send it your way.

Bad album art, boring album. Not sure why it's held in such high regard, but there you go.
Have you heard any of the heaps of new stuff out this year? Nargaroth has a new one, Gorgoroth (with Pest back on vocals), Azaghal, Furia, Kult of Azazel, Liturgy, and 1349.. who've gone in a weird direction albeit a good one. Nice and different
