I heard this song called "Poisoning Pidgeons in the Park" recently, that was funny.

Also almost anything by the President of the USA, especially "Lump" and Naked and Famous". THey crack me up!

Frank Zappa has lots of funny songs. However if you want real hilarity check out "Trout Fishing in America" They make records for kids and adults and both types are hilarious.
