I've only been to 2 concerts in my whole life.

One was Senses Fail, who I didn't care for but my brother Mikey was a huge fan, well he got thrown out for throwing a pair of granny panties at the lead singer.

The other one which I'm not particularly proud of was Saliva.

All their songs sounded the same, and the lead singer was dissing Eddie Vedder and ranting about how we need to support our troops and some sh*t, and most of the people there were drunk rednecks. There was this one guy there who was really wasted, chugging beers and dancing like a retard, we met him after the show and took some pictures, that guy was awesome.

Awesome. Did you see Guns N Roses when they were actually Guns N Roses?

1. Herbie Hancock
2. Isis
3. Jakob
4. Arcade Fire
5. Amon Amarth
6. Tool
7. RATM
8. Nile
9. Damo Suzuki and the Village of Idiots
10. Muse & Bjork

Not enough bands come to NZ... and I've missed out on a few bands due to a lack of money... I missed out on Okkervil River because I got the date wrong by one day.

Anyway, I have Jeff Caxide's (Isis, Red Sparowes) autograph and Damo Suzuki asked me if I had a cigarette after his gig... I can't believe I had a conversation with a krautrock legend!

Ramstein was very entertaining live with all their pyrotechnics. Deerhoof was damn near musical bliss and I got to talk to the guitarist afterwards.
