I've said it before, i'll say it again, Pull/Pulk Revolving Doors is brilliant. Its so heavy and the drumbeat is brilliant. They never really did anything like that, probably never will.

Weezer: Maladroit was a good album.

Also, Weezer has evolved and I am glad they aren't trying to recapture the style of writing they had on The Blue Album or Pinkerton. Only complaint is 95% of the guitar solos on the Green Album are just the main melody line played on guitar (boring).

I think HTTT and In Rainbows both have throwbacks to earlier Radiohead.

As far as In Rainbows goes I think only Nude is a throwback, it predates OK Computer I think. Most of the songs are just 05/06 live tracks that have been shared amongst Radiohead fans for awhile.

But he does it way better.

I mean I have no problem with the track really, it fits in with the rest of the album in the same way "On the Run" fits in with the rest of Dark Side. Its just not meant to be a standout track on its own.

It's not that different , Sure it has a little experimentation but it still has the singalong anthems that The Bends had , It had the Ballads like The Bends did , It had the riffs The Bends had.
Take out 2 or 3 of the more radical songs on OK Computer and you're left with The Bends pt 2.
Lol I couldn't disagree more. Aside from those classic freakout moments on Paranoid Android and Electioneering (one of the weaker songs) theres no real rock out moments on OK Computer, while The Bends has plenty.

Nor is there anything on The Bends like Climbing Up the Walls or No Surprises, or anything on OK Computer like High & Dry, a song Chris Martin heard and decided to base a whole freaking band around it.

Overall I think they're pretty different.

Not really no. I mean Powerslave and Seventh Son of a Seventh Son are good, but I prefer Number.

And most of their 90s stuff is balls.
