Don't judge the music by its album cover
What is the epitome of "don't judge the music by its album cover?"
Ok...so Red Hot Chili Peppers is a phenomenal band I don't know what possessed them to pick such an awful cover for their greatest hits album.  What are some other great albums with terrible artwork? |

Whats so awful about it? Would you rather them put out an album of them standing around on an open road with two of them with shirts off, looking good and not even staring at the camera? That would be super cliche. Their **** has never been like anyone else, why should their greatest hits album cover be any different. When I see it, I recognize it.
