Sonic Youth are so irrelevant it's disgusting.
And Saosin are generic "emo" garbage Between The Buried And Me turned extreme music on it's head when they release their self-titled album. They've done more for music than anyone in this poll (except Tom Waits, but I like BTBAM better) |

Very few of their last 5-6 albums did anything different than the formula they'd been espousing for years. I'm not saying that they're a bad band (I don't like them but I can appreciate what they've done for modern music), however in today's music scene they are of little or no consequence.

Its not that bad, i've decided to throw in 2nd place winners just so we instead of getting an odd 25 bands I get an even 50.
... wait theres 26 letters in the alphabet <.< /is going to discuss this with a select few members to work something out. |
