Billy Ray's Alter Ego
Does anybody remember Billy Ray Cyrus coming out with a music video with a different name and look. I can't remember if that was him or someone else. It was somebody whose usual genre was country. They dyed their hair and hid their face in the video- it was even under a different name. I could've sworn it was Billy Ray Cyrus who got ridiculed for trying to pretend he was "cool".
