Does that matter? At least it's a valid contribution.

But it's not is it? Because even if someone was interested, they couldn't download it because no link has been provided.

Some people can't up music for whatever reason and although it can be annoying, it is relatively easy to get hold of the tracks. The last comp however doesn't grab me all that much!

My comp did not play the tracks in this order and my notes on each track didnt have the order so I will pick out some highlights.

Iva Bittova and Vladimir Vaclavek - Uspavanka-loved this one. Beautifully simplistic.
Birdsongs of the Mesozoic - Coco Boudakian-Although it reminded of 70's film soundtracks at time i still really liked this one. Need to checkout more of these.
John Cale - Barracuda-the guitar hook is wonderfully simple and catchy.
Melvins - A History of Drunks-This was great. Scuzzy rock. Melvins passed me by. Looks like I will have somecatching up to do!
The Jesus Lizard - Monkey Trick-Same as above!
Akron/Family - The Rider (Dolphin Song)-I found the sax work to be disconcerting. That aside it had an incredible brooding atmosphere.
Ui - Elettrodomestici-I loved the rythmn on this track.
NoMeansNo - Rags and Bones-I have heard their name a few times but this is my first introduction to them. Loved it. reminded me of Blues Explosion.

All in all, an excellent compilation, eclectic and featuring a wealth of lesser known bands. Even more impressive considering you are nearly half my age.

Thanks, I really appreciate the feedback. You'll probably get a pm soon with a few of my favorite albums.

also, I should have renumbered the tracks so they would play in that order,
it is supposed to flow and be somewhat separated stylistically. oh well.

I'm entertaining the thought of upping a comp., but I'm a little nervous about it after seeing that RIAA thread. Should I?
