Apparently not. I like John Zorn. I haven't heard The Locust.

You mentioned liking Mike Patton earlier. Do you like the first Fantomas album? If you do, you'd almost definitely like The Locust. They're like the first Fantomas album with very strange synthesizers thrown into the mix.

Another band in that ballpark that you might like is An Albatross. Similar type of music but played with 60s pop band instrumentation (organ, horns, etc.).

I do like the first Fantomas album. I'll have to check those bands out then.

That song "Dimensional Gymnastics" by An Albatross in particular kicks ass.
