music in cars
when you hear music being blasted full volume from someones car it always seems to be some kinda dance/urban type music.
is this because: a) people who play this stuff are deaf from too many raves and have to turn it up?  b) people who like other genres have more respect for their fellow road users and keep the volume at a less anti-social level? c) all genres of music get blasted out at 11 but i just haven't heard any and dance/urban stuff is more popular so it's usually that which i hear? i wanna hear some "curse of the golden vampire" played at disgusting volumes! or maybe some opera or folk or just something other than boom boom boom boom stuff! i moan too much |

I like blasting post-rock at high volumes while in the car. Sometimes I blast something like Codeine or the Decemberists. It's fun being non-cliche.
