Kate Bush seems to be criminally overlooked. However An ultimate top ten will never be agreed on by everyone, because music appeals on so many levels, and one person may not understand anothers fascination of a band. I have never understood the fascination with Led Zeppelin, but they are immensely popular and are highly regarded in critics circles. Who's right? No one!
Led Zeppelins IV was voted the best British Rock album of all time by Total Rock in 2005. The list was compiled by critics AND respected musicians. I still don't agree one iota, and that's what music is about. |
