Default Good Bands Under The Radar That Disband

Starky was a good sounding Australian band that took off in 1998, and sadly they broke up July 31 of 2007. I ran into them on Kami's "Bands Under The Radar" podcast, and keep them in my music line up. Buzz over to their MySpace Music page and check out "Hey Bang Bang".

It might not be the head banger stuff most of you like here, but when your in your mid forties like I am, you'll start liking this stuff.

Now quit whining, be nice and post your choice.

The all girl indie rock band singing twee pop from Canada "Cub" featuring Lisa Marr, Robynn Iwata and Lisa G. formed in May of 1992, and broke up in May of 1997. They had a great sound then, and still do now. Guess they decided to go their own ways. I hear they are making a come back in college charts (Canadian college charts I believe). Take a minute to check out "Everything's Geometry"

I listen to all types of music from coldplay-lamb of god, queen- tool, the Doors-deftone etc. Age has nothing to do with music. Just cause you get older and your musical taste sours thats not our fault

first off we have old people in these forums, even older than you. secondly most of us listen to MANY different types of genres (not all) so we have pretty diverse taste. thirdly canada also had 'the hampster dance' song topping their charts years ago which makes me wish we had decriminalized marijuana here in the states...
